This manual is about how to do the yearly process for Municipality Admin Users.

Log In to the Admin Console

Log In to the Admin Console as a Municipality Admin User

Choose "Municipality Settings"

Choose "School Management"

Add New Accounts to Each School

Choose "Multi-School Batch Process via Excel"

Add New Teachers' Account

Choose "Teachers"

Add with LoiLo ID

Download the Excel Template for Batch Import

When finished adding details, click the 'Choose file' to upload the documents

Add New Students' Account

Choose "Students"

Add with LoiLo ID

Registering new classes for current students (recommended)

Please register classes for the new school year for students who have been enrolled.

※ Even without this process, teachers can add classes to the app by themselves.

Set up the Period of a term

Fill in the Start Date & End Date for an academic year

All Classes will be set all at once.

Classes will automatically be closed if the term is ended.

If you wish to change the Start Date of a specific class, please make the initial setting first and then adjust it individually.

Set up the Graduation Date

Fill in the Graduation Date for students

If the graduation date has passed, the account will automatically become a graduation account.

The materials stored in LoiLoNote School can still be accessed after graduation

Import

Check all the detail, if no problem, click "Import"

Makes sure to Print out or Download the password

Once the password is downloaded, click "Complete"

Transferring account

Please remove teachers or transfer students from the school if they leave the school.

This procedure should be done separately for teachers and students.

Select "Teachers" and choose "Delete Teachers"

The same process for deleting students' account

When finish uploading, click 'Start Import'

Check all the detail, if no problem, click "Import"
